In order to be eligible to volunteer for any SFM events, prospective staff members must meet certain requirements.

Junior Counselors

• 15-17 years of age
• Must have completed one year of high school
• Must be sensitive to those with cognitive disabilities and their needs
• Must be committed to the Christian faith
• Must be selected by the camp director as a good match for the camp

Counselors

• 18 years of age or older
• Graduated from high school
• Must be sensitive to those with cognitive disabilities and their needs
• Must be committed to the Christian faith
• Must be selected by the camp director as a good match for the camp
